The Envisioning Process

Participants are supported and guided through a structured decision-making process by a highly skilled facilitation team who provide the physical environment, tools, information and expertise to ensure the speedy resolution of complex issues.

Participants, including decision makers, key stakeholders, subject matter experts and implementers, emerge from the event with executable plans and blueprint that have approval and a commitment from all key executive sponsors. There is no such thing as a parking lot of issues or a “plan to plan” at an Envisioning Session. Decisions are made, and implementation begins before the session wraps up.

Our clients realize that to be truly agile in today’s global market, organizations must move through the transformation process at an accelerated pace. This cannot be achieved using conventional methods with traditional timeframes.

A typical session could include 5-10 participants for a CXO one-day strategy session or up to 100+ participants from one or more organizations and subject matter experts for up to four days of intensive work towards a common goal.
